Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Your order will usually be delivered within 1–3 business days . We ship with Deutsche Post/DHL and provide you with a tracking link for each shipment.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with all shipping details and tracking information.

Where is my package?

If you have not received your package, please check:

  • whether it was possibly left with a neighbor,
  • whether the status of your shipment shows “Delivered”.

If the shipping status has been "shipped" for more than 5 days, please contact us . Please note that tracking is not available for mail orders or certain third-party shipments.

Why do I receive multiple packages?

Some items are shipped from different warehouses. Your order may therefore arrive in multiple shipments . You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each package.

Pre-orders & partial shipments

How does a pre-order work with CrispyCards?

Please note the release date of each product. Pre-orders are usually shipped one business day before release to ensure you receive your cards on time.

In the event of supplier delays, we will ship on the release date. In exceptional cases, we will notify you individually and ship the products based on the order date.

By when should I pre-order?

To ensure your order arrives in time for the release, we recommend pre-ordering at least 5 days in advance . Later orders are possible, but there is no guarantee of delivery on the release date.

Are pre-orders shipped with other items?

If you order immediately available products together with pre-orders, partial deliveries may occur. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each shipment.

Customer account & order

How do I create a customer account?

A customer account is required to order from us. You can register here . After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please confirm your registration using the link in the email.

How can I reset my password?

Click on “Forgot your password?” in the login area, enter your registered email address and follow the link in the email sent to you to set a new password.

Where can I find my invoice?

You can find your invoices in your customer account under the "Orders" menu item. Click on "View" to download or print the invoice as a PDF .

For environmental reasons, we do not include printed invoices.

Vouchers & Payment

How do I redeem a voucher?

Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed without restrictions. You will receive the voucher code via email within 24 hours of payment.

Please note: Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Cash payment is excluded.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay with:

  • Instant transfer
  • PayPal
  • Prepayment (bank transfer)
  • Klarna etc.

Can I change my payment method later?

As long as your order has not yet been processed, you can change the payment method in your customer account:

  1. Go to “Orders”
  2. Click on the three dots to the right of the order
  3. Select “Change payment method”

Security & Phishing

How do I recognize a phishing email?

Phishing emails appear genuine but come from fake senders. All official emails from us end with @crispycards.de . If in doubt, always check the actual sender address.

What to do if you receive a suspicious email?

If you accidentally opened a link or attachment, we recommend:

  • Check devices for viruses
  • Change all passwords
  • Contact us directly
