questions and answers
What exactly is the CrispyCard?
A sealed mystery single card from the TCG category (e.g., Pokémon, One Piece, or Yu-Gi-Oh!). Each card is original, packaged in a sleeve and toploader, and sealed with a crispy seal.
What are the chances (drop rates)?
The distribution is defined per batch and is communicated transparently:
-
60%: Holo, reverse or promo cards
-
30%: V / EX / SR cards (or equivalent levels)
-
9%: Full Art / Alt Art / VMAX / special rarities
-
1%: High-end hit (e.g., particularly sought-after “Chase” cards)
Note: These examples are for illustrative purposes only. There is no guarantee of a specific hit.
How do you ensure fairness?
Each edition has a unique batch ID. The distribution is determined by quantity before packing, then the cards are shuffled and sealed. This ensures the odds remain the same and independent for each unit.
What does Batch ID mean?
An internal identifier for the edition (e.g., "Batch #001"). This allows you to track the published distribution, sample cards, and notes about the batch.
Are the cards original?
Yes. We only use original cards from official TCG series.
What condition are the cards in?
We manually check for near-mint condition: no creases, no tears, no major printing errors. Minor production marks (e.g., off-center) may occur due to production reasons.
Which series/languages are possible?
The cards are from popular and current sets. Languages can include German, English, or Japanese. If an edition is limited to a specific language/series, this will be stated in the product description or as a variant.
Can I select a specific edition/series?
By default, the selection is random. If variants (e.g., "Pokémon Only") are offered, you can select them on the product page.
Do I get duplicate cards if I buy multiple CrispyCards?
Duplicates are possible because each unit is packaged independently. We mix batches thoroughly to minimize repetition; however, there is no guarantee that duplicates will be free.
Are there guaranteed minimum values?
No. The CrispyCard is a curated and surprise product. There is no guarantee of value or price development, and it does not constitute financial advice.
How are the cards packaged?
Each card comes in a sleeve and toploader, sealed with the Crispy Seal. This guarantees protection during transport and a high-quality unboxing experience.
How quickly does it ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (business days). Delivery time depends on the shipping provider.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination, shipping method, and shopping cart. You can see the exact costs during checkout.
What happens if the shipment arrives damaged?
Please photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt and contact support. We will review the case and find a solution.
Is every CrispyCard equally “heavy” or tamper-proof?
We seal consistently with a sleeve and toploader, so weight differences aren't a reliable indicator of the contents. The crispy seal indicates any tampering attempts.
Can I order the CrispyCard as a gift?
Yes. You can specify a different delivery address. A neutral invoice is not included in the package by default; you will receive the order confirmation via email.
Are the drop rates adhered to exactly the percentage?
The distribution is determined in advance for each batch and implemented during packing. Minor deviations may occur depending on the batch. Upon request, we will publish a summary of the batch after sales.
How often do new batches appear?
Regularly, depending on availability and demand. New batches will be announced in the product description or via newsletter.
Are there quantity limits per order?
If a limit applies (e.g., to ensure fairness with limited batches), it will be stated on the product page. Otherwise, there is no fixed limit.
Which payment methods are possible?
Common online payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay/Google Pay – depending on the store setup). The options displayed during checkout are binding.
Can I share pulls with you?
With pleasure. Share your hits on social media or in our community. Customer photos help others make an informed decision.
